Terms and Conditions for Kriiddank

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your relationship with the Kriiddank mobile application (the "Service") operated by Khushi Export ("us", "we", or "our").

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Khushi Export and its licensors.

  • Brand Licenses: We hold exclusive manufacturing licenses for brands including Disney, Marvel, Mattel, and Hasbro in specific territories. Any unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of these branded products or imagery found within the app is strictly prohibited.

3. Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms. You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service.

4. Commercial Use & B2B Orders

For retailers and wholesalers using the "Retailer App" features:

  • Purchase Orders: All submitted purchase orders are subject to availability and confirmation by Khushi Export.

  • Pricing: We reserve the right to modify wholesale pricing at any time without prior notice, though confirmed orders will be honored at the agreed price.

  • Compliance: Retail partners agree to maintain the brand integrity of our licensed products (Disney, Hasbro, etc.) as per the guidelines provided within the app.

5. Links To Other Web Sites

Our Service may contain links to third-party web sites or services (such as our Shopify store at kriid.in) that are not owned or controlled by Khushi Export. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party web sites.

6. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

7. Limitation Of Liability

In no event shall Khushi Export, nor its directors, employees, or partners, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of (or inability to use) the Service.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in [Your City/State].
